This summer, a small team of caregivers at Atonement created a Health Care Resources pamphlet for our Atonement community to help with a variety of situations and circumstances which involve transitions in mental health, physical health, housing, grief, power of attorney, spiritual concerns and more.
This pamphlet will be available beginning Sunday, October 5th, and a short presentation will be delivered after each service. Copies will be available for review and to take if needed.
