The Adult Faith & Wellness Circle: a six session program, beginning with individual self-assessment, inviting participants to make one self-identified wellness change. The materials include the assessment, texts for each session, space for reflection, scripture, and ideas for spiritual practice.
Just Eating? Practicing our Faith at the Table: a six session study explores how practicing our faith is foundational to meaningful and healthy living, for ourselves, for the earth, and for others in the world, asks us to consider how eating—a basic human activity—is an invitation to experience God and to journey with others in the world.
